REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration deadline for 2013 is Saturday, May 11th. Registration forms for both leagues can be found below. Please print legibly on your registration form, and make sure to mail your signed registration form with your check made out to Bloomington Womens Tennis Club.
DOUBLES: Registrations for the Doubles League are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our Doubles Leagues fill up fast, so don't delay! We must receive both you AND your doubles partner's signed registrations forms (along with full payment) before you will be added to the doubles roster.
If you can't commit to a full season of league play, but are still interested in playing, sign up as a doubles league substitute player (see below for registration form)!
SINGLES: You can sign up for the singles ladder at any time, but if you miss the May 12th deadline, you will need to start at the bottom of the ladder and challenge your way up!
